protocols.
RIA tags audio data with additional call information and
thus enhances fast and efficient searching for archived
calls. RIA enables free
seating in contact centers as
well as the recording of telephone numbers and other additional call information.

Programmer Interface (API) for System-wide Data Transfer: ASC's solutions provide very powerful and flexible interfaces (APIs) for system-wide data transfer and cross-linking. For example call data, such as „incident number“ or „account
number“,
may be captured from a third party application running on a
Windows desktop and stored with the voice file to provide
quick retrieval in emergency situations, as well as for quality
purposes.
