- ASC Call Recording for Alcatel-Lucent, an integrated communications
recording solution, works with the Omni PCX
Enterprise telephone system, a product combining VoIP
and traditional telephony for medium and large-sized
enterprises.
- It provides the perfect
solution for liability recording in public-safety organizations,
financial institutions and contact centers when all
customer interactions must be preserved. It operates with
both analog and digital phones, including cordless DECT
and IP phones.
- The Omni PCX
Enterprise architecture works with Alcatel-Lucent DR-link and IP DR-link (Dedicated
Recording link), a secure interface to
support voice recording. The DR-link can be used to connect one central communications
recorder for several Alcatel OmniPCX‘s in a homogeneous
network. For a network with multiple locations,
only one recording facility is required since calls will be
recorded at a central site, both for the user’s convenience
and to save on hardware costs. This netwide recording capability
is unique in the market.
- ASC’s flexible solution offers selective or bulk recording. It stores call-index information such as extension number,
agent ID, date or time. Search-and-replay of the calls is
facilitated by user-friendly, browser-based applications on
a client PC or by phone.
- Fast
and efficient search and replay: Choose INSTANTplay or INSTANT
WEBplay primarily for immediate retrieval
of the most recent call. POWERplay or WEBplay excel
with flexible search criteria and other advanced functions.
