ASC’s Call Recording Solution for AVAYA, an integrated
communications recording system, works with the AVAYA
Communication Manager (ACM) and AVAYA Integral I55 und
I33, to preserve VoIP and TDM communications
with maximum reliability and performance. It operates independent of the type
of telephone used and including cordless (DECT) phones
and IP (Internet Protocol) phones. |
- The Call Recording Solution for AVAYA works with
ASC’s communications recording systems, MARATHON
EVOLUTION, MARATHON EVOlite and EVOip.
- It provides
the perfect solution for liability recording in public safety
organizations, financial institutions and contact centers
when all customer interactions must be preserved.

also be used in a record on demand mode for threat call
situations, or in a selective recording setup for quality
monitoring with INSPIRATION.
- Additional information like incoming/ outgoing phone number, call direction, channel, time, Agent ID is preserved with each recorded call and may be used as search criteria for call retrieval.
