• EVOip+ for Mitel, ASC´s passive VoIP recording solution, monitors the
  audio packets on the LAN. It records additional call details including multiple phone numbers, agent ID, etc., and supports call start/stop detection via MiTAI and MiXML. It supports DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol)
• EVOip active for Mitel may be installed anywhere in the IP network independent of LAN- structure and provides central call recording. It records encrypted calls as well as Mitel teleworker sets and enables recording for “hot desking“ functionality.
