EVOip, a passive VoIP solution, is entirely software-based and does not require any proprietary hardware.
The innovative architecture provides maximum flexibility, scalability, ease of integration and installation.

 

  • EVOip works by monitoring the audio RTP (Real Time Protocol) and RTCP (Real Time Transfer Control Protocol) packets on the LAN. In so doing, it captures VoIP calls via the network and allows storage, reproduction, archiving and playback of the entire interaction.
  • The ASC application may be adjusted to record and categorize calls by phone number, date, agent name, etc.
  • EVOip interfaces with traditional and IP telephone switches and is compatible with other ASC communications recording and quality monitoring applications:MARATHON EVOLUTION XXL, MARATHON EVOLUTION, MARATHON EVOlite and INSPIRATION.
  • Fast and efficient search and replay: Choose INSTANTplay or INSTANT WEBplay primarily for immediate retrieval of the most recent call. POWERplay or WEBplay excel with flexible search criteria and other advanced functions.
