Integrated VoIP Recording for Cisco

ASC´s EVOip active and EVOip+ for Cisco offer an entirely integrated VoIP Recording solution for Cisco products. The software-based systems do not require proprietary hardware and are connected to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) 6.x to capture both voice and Call Index data.

ASC has successfully fulfilled the Cisco Technology Developer Program requirements for its VoIP Recording Solution.

ASC’s XML Service application can be accesses on Cisco IP phones like any other configurable phone service.

• The ASC application runs on the phone’s display and performs the following features and functions at the touch of a button: Record on demand, keep/delete, last call repeat, call tagging and watching the call status.
• Supports hybrid telecommunications environments. It fully integrates with any of the latest ASC communications recording and quality monitoring applications:MARATHON EVOLUTION XXL, MARATHON EVOLUTION, MARATHON EVOlite and INSPIRATION.
• Fast and efficient search and replay: Choose INSTANTplay or INSTANT WEBplay primarily for immediate retrieval of the most recent call. POWERplay or WEBplay excel with flexible search criteria and other advanced functions.
