Applications for MARATHON EVOLUTION XXL/ EVOLUTION / EVOlite / EVOip

SCREENscan: Smart Recording based on Desktop Events

SCREENscan initiates recording automatically when an agent presses any previously defined function, or when a particular error message, screen pop or application appears on the desktop.

The product may be installed easily through a user-friendly configuration wizard without sophisticated integration with CTI or other data interfaces. This feature results in a tremendous cost savings by avoiding professional setup charges.

SCREENscan may be used to record any type of customer interaction such as traditional voice, VoIP or email.

Application Data Integration (ADI)

Application Data Integration, a powerful software solution, enables the tagging of relevant calls with additional information as well as starting and stopping the recorder upon command.

ADI may be configured in three main modes:
Threat call recording, selective recording with start/stop function or support for free seating environments in contact centers through the tagging of calls with the agent's Windows login name.

Application Programmer Interface (API)
The Application Programmer Interface (API) shares and integrates data between ASC's systems and its clients.

An external Start / Stop API enables third-party applications to turn the recorder on and off and to tag calls in the MARATHON EVOLUTION database with additional data.

The Search & Replay API allows integration with other search-and-replay software clients or existing customer applications.
