Times are more dangerous than ever before: blackmailing by phone against food industries or supermarket chains occurs almost every day. Remember incidents when criminals menaced to poison food or beverages in supermarkets and caused spectacular and expensive recalls of the products.

ASC offers a wide range of solutions to provide companies endangered by threat calls with recording facilities. ASC's Communications Recording platforms can be connected to any type of PBXs. If bulk recording is not the preferred solution, a push of a button is sufficient to record suspicious calls only, thus safeguarding the privacy of your employees.

• Nothing is lost: To store threat calls on the recorder, simply push a button on your phone at any time during the call. The entire call is stored from the beginning no matter when you push the button.
• Record all information: Integrated time code systems tag the call with additional data like date or time.
  
• Safeguarding of Privacy: A configurable start/stop feature allows you to record only threat calls. All other calls are discarded instantaneously.
